Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Amazon Seller Central operations. This role involves managing all facets of the account, including product research, securing brand approvals, optimizing product listings, and maintaining overall account health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with industry-leading tools to boost sales growth while ensuring strict compliance with Amazon’s policies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Sourcing:
Utilize advanced tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to identify high-demand, low-competition products that present profitable opportunities. Conduct thorough market analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions.

Brand Approvals:
Establish and nurture relationships with brands and authorized distributors to obtain necessary approvals for listing their products on Amazon. Ensure all listings comply with brand guidelines and Amazon’s requirements.

Listing Optimization:
Create and continuously improve product listings by writing compelling titles, bullet points, detailed descriptions, and backend keywords. Focus on enhancing visibility and conversion rates through SEO best practices tailored to Amazon’s search algorithm.

Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels closely, forecast demand accurately, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. Prevent stockouts and overstock situations to maintain smooth sales operations.

PPC Campaigns:
Design, implement, and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and sales. Optimize campaigns to achieve the best cost-per-click and maximize return on ad spend.

Account Health Monitoring:
Regularly review key account performance metrics and promptly address any performance notifications or policy violations. Maintain a healthy account status by ensuring full compliance with Amazon’s standards and policies.

Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory status, and advertising effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, with demonstrated expertise in product research, brand approvals, and listing optimization.
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and account health.
- Proficiency in Amazon seller tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Amazon Advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with brands, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
