Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and adaptable Electronic Engineer to manage the electronic maintenance of loom machines and associated industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electronics, paired with a practical mindset and eagerness to learn the unique requirements of textile production machinery. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic components to ensure uninterrupted production processes and optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults in control cards, sensors, and other electronic components integral to loom machines.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration of electronic systems to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
- Provide immediate support to production and operations teams by resolving electronic failures in real-time.
- Maintain comprehensive repair logs and contribute to the development of detailed machine fault history records.
- Assist in creating and refining in-house documentation and checklists for efficient electronic fault management.
- Collaborate with external specialists during initial training and knowledge transfer phases to build internal expertise.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial or factory setting, regardless of sector.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical capabilities and hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in diagnosing circuit boards, soldering, and testing electronic components.
- Skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other basic electronic laboratory tools.
- Comfortable interpreting circuit diagrams and technical manuals to facilitate repairs and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or exposure to inverters, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), or motor control systems is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrates a quick learning ability and adaptability, especially in understanding textile or loom machine electronics.
