Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Front Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy, creating a positive first impression.
- Clearly explain and promote products and services to potential customers to encourage purchases and meet sales goals.
- Consistently achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, process orders accurately, and conduct timely follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Keep customer information up to date and accurately recorded in the CRM system to support sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Work closely with inventory and support teams to ensure product availability and smooth operational flow.
- Address customer complaints promptly, resolving issues where possible or escalating them to management when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and detailed sales performance reports to the sales manager to track progress and identify opportunities.
- Earn a 5% commission on every successful sale, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, rewarding your sales achievements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or front-facing role, demonstrating strong customer engagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively connect with customers and promote products.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems for maintaining accurate customer records and supporting sales activities.
