Sr MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable and efficient web applications using the MERN stack, Next.js, and Nest.js. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack alongside Next.js and Nest.js frameworks. Designing and architecting robust, maintainable, and high-performance applications that meet evolving business requirements will be a core part of your role. You will implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services seamlessly to enhance application functionality.

Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and security to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience is essential. You will conduct thorough code reviews to uphold best coding practices and maintain high code quality standards across the development team. Mentoring junior developers is a critical aspect of this role, helping to foster their technical growth and professional development.

Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends will enable you to continuously improve development processes and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience working extensively with the MERN stack, Next.js, and Nest.js frameworks. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles is required.

Experience working with MongoDB, cloud services, and integrating APIs is essential. You should be skilled in using version control systems such as Git, familiar with testing frameworks, and comfortable working within agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with effective communication abilities to interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices will be highly valued. Knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ECS, and Lambda, as well as expertise in performance optimization techniques, is preferred.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools will help enhance team collaboration and delivery efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Lahore Johar Town. Candidates who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate are preferred; employer-provided relocation assistance is available.

The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs250,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
