This is a full-time, permanent remote position focused on managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to boost brand visibility and maximize return on investment. Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously refining paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads. This includes conducting thorough keyword research, identifying and targeting precise audience segments, and analyzing competitor strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Monitoring campaign performance is critical, requiring the preparation of detailed reports and ensuring that advertising efforts achieve the highest possible ROI. The role also involves optimizing ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign success. Staying informed about the latest industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes is essential to maintain campaign relevance and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing roles, with proven expertise managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads platforms. Strong analytical skills are necessary for data analysis, performance tracking, and budget management to optimize campaign reach and results.

Technical requirements include a laptop with a minimum Intel Core i5 processor running Windows 10. The candidate must be capable of maintaining uninterrupted work for 6 to 8 hours during power outages to ensure consistent campaign management. A professional and dedicated home office setup suitable for remote work is mandatory.

This position requires a full-time commitment with a fixed 8-hour shift schedule. Applicants must not engage in freelance work or third-party employment during their tenure with Zdigitizing LLC.
