Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to support our departmental operations by managing supplies and ensuring smooth logistical functions aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute general departmental duties as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee daily operations related to receiving, storage, preservation, handling, issuance, and charging of supplies to various departments and patient care areas, strictly adhering to safety and quality standards set by the organization.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities encountered during task execution to maintain operational integrity.
- Maintain precise records of all transactions using the designated system or paper documentation, following established procedures to ensure accountability.
- Comply with personal and environmental safety protocols as outlined by the Safety & Security Department to promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure seamless handover and takeover during shift changes to maintain continuity of service.
- Uphold the quality of services in accordance with the university’s standards and policies.
- Adhere to institutional policies concerning functional responsibilities, including the code of ethics, discipline, acceptance of gifts, anti-fraud measures, and other human resource regulations.
- Assist in offloading cylinders from vehicles and transporting them to various wards as required, supporting logistical needs.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Intermediate education or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in documentation, data entry, and basic computer skills to manage records and transactions accurately.
