Job Summary

A leading global digital transformation solutions provider is seeking a seasoned professional with 7 to 9 years of experience to join their Hyderabad team. Key Responsibilities

Develop application features and components based on design specifications, including coding, debugging, testing, and documentation. Validate deliverables with user representatives and integrate solutions to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality. Select and create technical options by reusing or enhancing existing components and designing new solutions.

Ensure strict adherence to engineering processes, coding standards, and project timelines. Lead code reviews, define coding standards, and develop templates, checklists, and guidelines to support design and development activities. Manage configuration, testing, and release processes while ensuring team compliance.

Advise software developers on feature design with a deep understanding of customer business challenges. Support project management activities such as module delivery, managing complex user stories, defect analysis, and resource estimation. Facilitate knowledge management by contributing to and reviewing project documentation and reusable assets.

Interface directly with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, conduct demos, and collaborate with architects. Set goals for team members, provide constructive feedback, identify attrition risks, and promote employee engagement and upskilling.

Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, guiding architectural decisions and aligning cloud strategies. Lead cloud projects involving Terraform architecture creation, AWS resource provisioning, Kubernetes (EKS) management, and CI/CD pipeline development. Mentor junior and senior engineers on cloud technologies, system architecture, and best practices.

Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile methodologies. Conduct performance engineering, load testing, and implement monitoring solutions using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Support migration of applications from on-premises environments to AWS cloud.

Required Qualifications

7 to 9 years of professional experience in software development and cloud architecture. Expert-level proficiency with Terraform and AWS services, including EC2, ASG, ALB/NLB/WAF, Route53, Transit Gateway, EKS, ECS, ECR, and Lambda. Strong experience with AWS database technologies; knowledge of AWS big data services is advantageous.

Expertise in Kubernetes cluster management, application deployment, and Helm chart development. Skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl, or GoLang. Proficient in Git-based CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins pipeline creation and management.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience leading cloud application migrations and building distributed systems at scale. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot incidents.

Familiarity with APM and log aggregation tools, including configuration and monitoring. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage dependencies, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
