Principal Applications/Systems Architect

Job Summary
Resilinc is seeking a visionary Principal Application Architect to spearhead the design and development of its next-generation AI data platform. This role is critical in defining and owning the architecture that supports a suite of intelligent AI agents operating on a dynamic, high-scale data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the creation of a cloud-native, real-time, and secure platform that seamlessly integrates machine learning, enterprise-grade compliance, and data intelligence to deliver scalable user experiences. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical strategy at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and global enterprise SaaS, working closely with engineering, machine learning, and product leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of an advanced AI data platform that supports intelligent AI agents.
- Develop and maintain a cloud-native, secure, and scalable infrastructure capable of real-time data processing and machine learning integration.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, machine learning, and product leadership to ensure system scalability, continuous learning, and evolution.
- Define and enforce enterprise-grade compliance and security standards within the platform architecture to meet rigorous industry requirements.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for AI and distributed systems within a global SaaS environment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure the platform delivers seamless user experiences while maintaining high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Application Architect or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and real-time data infrastructures that support complex AI workloads.
- Deep understanding of integrating machine learning models within enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and SaaS architectures, including hands-on experience with relevant platforms and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, machine learning, and product teams to deliver sophisticated technical solutions.
- Experience in driving technical strategy and making architectural decisions in fast-paced, innovative environments.
