Job Summary
We are a dynamic HR and social media advertising agency located in Garden Town, Lahore, seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join us as a Trainee Management Executive. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across HR, business development, and social media management. Candidates must be certain about working from our Garden Town office before applying. The position offers flexibility, accommodating either part-time or full-time employment based on the candidate’s availability.

Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Management Executive, you will assist in various HR functions, including supporting the hiring and recruitment processes. You will handle recruitment queries from employers through both online channels and face-to-face interactions. Additionally, you will contribute to social media tasks and campaigns, applying your skills to help manage and grow our digital presence. Your role will also involve supporting business development activities as required. This position demands the ability to multitask effectively across HR, social media, and business development domains, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of tasks.

Required Qualifications
We welcome fresh graduates from a wide range of educational backgrounds, including but not limited to Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology, Finance, Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, Computer Science/IT, Journalism, Art, Literature, Linguistics, Economics, Media, Social Media, Physics, Sociology, Sciences, Mass Communication, and Management. Candidates currently enrolled in university programs are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, O/A level qualified students with relevant skills and experience are welcome to submit their applications.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and the ability to deliver results consistently. Efficient multitasking skills are essential to manage the diverse responsibilities of this role. Candidates must be available to work during day shifts and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Canva. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory. Most importantly, candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Garden Town Lahore office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Candidates with up to one year of experience in management, HR, or content writing will have an advantage. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000. Employment terms are flexible, with options for full-time, part-time, or fresher positions, making it suitable for candidates at various stages of their career journey.
