Job Summary
Tick Industries (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated Channel Sales Officer / Order Booker to actively promote its stationery products across Islamabad. This role focuses on direct interaction with retailers and shops within designated territories to drive sales growth and nurture strong business relationships. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product range and demonstrate proactive management of stock levels and order placements. Effective communication with retailers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping schedules, and any delays is essential. Additionally, the role requires daily reporting to the relevant department head to ensure smooth sales operations and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to shops and markets within assigned areas to promote and sell stationery products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to secure new business opportunities and support existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio to clearly communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- Monitor stock levels at retailer locations and coordinate timely re-orders to guarantee continuous product availability.
- Follow up with retailers on order confirmations, pricing details, shipping timelines, and promptly address any expected delays or issues.
- Submit daily reports and updates to the department head to provide visibility into sales activities and territory performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Officer, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
- Strong grasp of sales processes and customer relationship management techniques.
- Ability to represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all dealings.
- Flexibility to adapt sales strategies in response to evolving market conditions and customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience specifically in stationery products or FMCG sales will be highly preferred. Tick Industries offers a competitive compensation package that includes a fixed basic salary, bike fuel allowance, mobile allowance, monthly incentives, and two annual bonuses. This is a full-time position requiring mobility within the assigned sales territories, with most work conducted on the road. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
