Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, passionate, and responsible individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers, respond to their inquiries, and assist them in placing orders. Your daily interactions will help build brand awareness and ensure a positive experience for every client. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to representing our brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to message a minimum of 40 clients each day who have expressed interest in our brand. Encouraging these clients to follow and engage with our social media platforms is also a critical part of your role, with a daily target of at least 40 new followers. Completing at least one customer order per day is essential, along with promptly sending tracking IDs to customers once their orders are processed.
Coordination with the backend team is vital to maintain smooth daily operations and resolve any issues quickly. Throughout all interactions, you will represent the brand’s image in a professional and positive manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be proficient in using social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as these channels are primary tools for client engagement. Strong communication skills are crucial, including both written communication through chat and verbal communication via calls.
Experience in sales or customer interaction will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Punctuality, self-motivation, and effective time management are essential traits for success in this role.
