Job Summary
Tracking World Pvt. Ltd., a prominent leader in vehicle tracking solutions in Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Services Executive to join its Key Account Management (KAM) Department based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s degree. Key Responsibilities
As the Customer Services Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients within the KAM portfolio. You will be responsible for efficiently handling client inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring all interactions are managed with professionalism and promptness. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with assigned corporate customers is essential to this role.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with internal technical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitoring service levels and proactively following up to guarantee client satisfaction will be a critical part of your duties. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain accurate client service reports and documentation to support transparency and accountability.
Supporting the Key Account Managers, you will assist in upselling and other account growth initiatives, contributing directly to the company’s revenue objectives and client retention strategies.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail are critical to managing client issues and service quality.
The role demands the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required to manage reports and presentations.
Prior experience in a customer-facing or client servicing role is preferred, as it equips candidates with the necessary skills to handle client interactions and service challenges confidently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, experience in the vehicle tracking or technology sector will be considered an advantage. This role is full-time and based in Lahore, requiring in-person attendance at the office.
