Herbiotics Health Care, a prominent nutraceutical brand in Pakistan, is looking for a creative and results-oriented TikTok Ads Expert to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm and demonstrate the ability to craft engaging video content that not only captures attention but also drives a strong return on investment (ROI) through paid advertising campaigns. This role requires managing multiple brand campaigns simultaneously, utilizing data-driven insights, and collaborating closely with creative teams to develop compelling advertisements that convert viewers into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns across various Herbiotics brands to achieve maximum performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS to continuously refine and improve ad effectiveness.
- Conduct ongoing research into TikTok trends, popular hooks, and content strategies that resonate with the platform’s audience to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate effectively with designers and content creators to produce eye-catching, scroll-stopping video ads that engage users and drive conversions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on experience managing campaigns within TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong grasp of digital advertising metrics including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Mille (CPM), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Proven ability to create and optimize custom audience segments and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign impact.
- A portfolio or documented evidence (such as screenshots) showcasing successful TikTok ad campaigns is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
