Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned International Contracts Bidder to join our team and support our operations in the USA region. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing government contracts by preparing and submitting well-crafted proposals. This position requires identifying bidding opportunities, analyzing solicitation requirements, developing strategic approaches, and managing the entire bid lifecycle. Timely submissions and strict adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines are essential. Candidates must have at least three years of experience as a Contract Bidder within the USA or UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and Analyzing Opportunities:
Conduct comprehensive research on government procurement platforms, attend pre-bid conferences, and thoroughly review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). This ensures identification of viable contract opportunities that align with organizational capabilities.

Developing Bid Strategies:
Design winning bid strategies by assessing pricing models, technical solutions, and leveraging past performance data. The goal is to enhance the competitiveness of each proposal while aligning with company objectives.

Proposal Development:
Lead the end-to-end creation of compelling and compliant proposals that address all solicitation requirements. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as technical experts, legal advisors, and finance professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ensuring Compliance:
Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant government contracting rules. Ensure every proposal meets mandatory compliance standards to avoid disqualification.

Pricing and Cost Analysis:
Analyze project costs meticulously and develop pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness with organizational profitability. This requires detailed cost evaluation and financial insight.

Managing the Bid Process:
Oversee the entire bid process by managing timelines, allocating resources efficiently, and coordinating with internal teams. Ensure all proposals are submitted within deadlines without compromising quality.

Post-Submission Activities:
Handle follow-up communications with government agencies, respond to inquiries, negotiate contract terms when necessary, and support activities leading up to contract award.

Building Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients to foster trust and support ongoing and future contracting opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years’ experience as an International Contract Bidder in the USA or UK markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills to produce clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- In-depth knowledge of government contracting regulations, particularly the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Skilled negotiator with experience managing contract terms and conditions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs120,000.
