Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of client projects while actively identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities. This role requires a professional who excels in organization, communication, and client relationship management, combining strong execution skills with a sales-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while also enhancing client value through strategic upselling aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and seamless project progress. Utilize project management tools to monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, adjusting project plans as needed to maintain smooth execution.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent engagement, including regular check-ins and performance reviews. Develop a deep understanding of client needs to uncover opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or tailored solutions that enhance overall client satisfaction and value. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize upselling efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring alignment and maximizing revenue potential.
Prepare and present proposals for new solutions or service enhancements, supporting negotiations related to contract renewals or upgrades. This collaborative approach helps drive business growth while maintaining a strong focus on client success.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in project management with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams. Ability to identify upselling opportunities and collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to achieve business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
