Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at boosting brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Managing our online community is crucial, which involves producing engaging, high-quality content that aligns seamlessly with our luxury brand identity.

Collaboration with the founder will be key to ensure all content consistently reflects our refined brand voice and aesthetic. You will create and schedule content using design and editing tools including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, and InShot. Editing short-form videos tailored for Reels, TikTok, and Stories will be essential to maximize audience interaction and engagement.

Staying current with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes is vital to keep our strategies effective and relevant. You will write compelling, on-brand captions and copy in fluent English that resonates with our target audience. Additionally, you will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions.

On the SEO front, you will optimize content by applying basic on-page SEO techniques to improve our visibility on Google. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics will help evaluate the success of campaigns and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the beauty or salon industry. A strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook is essential.

Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including Google ranking factors, keyword research, and meta tags, is required. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop is necessary, along with basic video editing skills using software like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush.

Excellent written English skills with strong copywriting ability are critical. A keen eye for aesthetics and consistency in brand tone and visual presentation is expected. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with influencer marketing or managing influencer partnerships will be an advantage. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics is preferred.
