Support Engineer

Active B Solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in IT support and possess practical knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, virtualization, and server installation. This full-time position requires the candidate to work on-site and be proactive in delivering technical assistance and solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide hands-on support for Windows 10 and 11 installations. - Manage and troubleshoot LAN and WAN network environments. - Assist with virtualization technologies and hypervisor management. - Perform server installation and maintenance tasks. - Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues efficiently. - Ensure timely and effective communication with end-users regarding support requests. **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum of a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Intermediate level education. - At least 1 year of experience in IT support roles. - Practical experience with Windows 10/11 installation. - Solid understanding of network concepts including LAN and WAN. - Knowledge of virtualization platforms and hypervisor technologies. - Familiarity with server installation procedures. - Must have a motorbike for commuting to the workplace. **Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:** - This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs 50,000 to Rs 65,000. - Work location is in person, providing opportunities for hands-on experience and team collaboration.
