Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Karachi on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong emphasis on content creation, SEO, social media management, and email marketing. Close collaboration with product and business teams is crucial to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and managing digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will create compelling content tailored for websites, email marketing, and social media channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Managing SEO efforts is a key part of this role, including monitoring website performance through tools like Google Analytics and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. You will oversee the daily management of the company’s social media accounts to increase engagement and improve brand visibility.
Additionally, you will design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at both lead generation and customer retention. Working closely with product and business teams, you will ensure that marketing strategies support and drive the company’s broader goals.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, including areas such as performance marketing, content marketing, or digital strategy development. A strong understanding of digital platforms, marketing tools, and key performance metrics is essential.
Proficiency with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or similar tools is required. You should possess solid knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques and be comfortable analyzing web traffic data to optimize campaigns.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is critical. A creative mindset with an eye for design and current content trends will help you succeed in this role. Experience with B2B marketing, preferably within fintech or related sectors, is highly valued.
