Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled finance professional to join our team at Garden Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing monthly financial reports, performing reconciliations, managing cash flow, and overseeing various financial operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. This full-time position demands strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities, proficiency in Excel 365, and effective coordination with auditors and vendors. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
The finance professional will be responsible for preparing detailed monthly financial reports and conducting account reconciliations to ensure data integrity. A key part of the role involves performing thorough financial analysis and developing financial models using Excel 365 to support strategic decision-making.

Managing cash flow is critical, including generating periodic cash flow reports that aid in sustaining smooth business operations. The candidate will monitor revenue streams, oversee the bill booking process, and manage receivables to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash inflows.

Vendor management is another important aspect, which includes overseeing vendor payments and conducting vendor account reconciliations to maintain accurate records. Regular bank reconciliations will also be performed to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and balances.

The role requires ensuring optimal utilization of funds in accordance with company policies, safeguarding financial resources. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate closely with statutory auditors during audit processes, facilitating smooth and compliant audits.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a professional certification in ICMA or ACCA, which is mandatory for this position. A strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools, is essential to perform financial modeling and reporting effectively.

Excellent analytical skills are required to interpret complex financial data accurately and provide actionable insights. Candidates should demonstrate a detail-oriented approach and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and enhanced reporting is highly desirable, as it will contribute to more insightful financial presentations and decision-making.

This role is based in Garden Town, Lahore, and requires the candidate to work on-site full-time. The office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs80,000 to Rs100,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
