Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing professional to lead our indoor sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT sales, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership capabilities. This full-time, on-site role requires developing and executing effective sales strategies, mentoring team members on IT-related products and services, and nurturing client relationships to drive sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the indoor sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. You will provide expert guidance and support to team members regarding IT products and services, ensuring they are well-equipped to address client needs. Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives will be a core part of your role.
You will also be responsible for training, motivating, and supervising the sales team to boost their performance and productivity. Regularly monitoring team progress and delivering constructive feedback and coaching will help maintain high standards. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will prepare detailed sales reports and present insights and findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles is required, with a solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and products. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interaction and team leadership.
The role demands excellent persuasive and convincing abilities to influence clients and internal stakeholders positively. Demonstrated experience in team building and leadership is critical, as you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your sales team to achieve their goals.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior experience specifically in IT sales is highly desirable, as it will enable you to better understand client requirements and tailor sales approaches accordingly. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs200,000, reflecting experience and performance.
