We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Associate Executive to join our Client Success Team. This full-time, on-site position is pivotal in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The role operates on a fixed night shift from 5:45 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to client satisfaction, retention, and business growth through strong relationship management and upselling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Associate Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining consistent communication to understand client needs and provide timely support. This includes facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-informed and guided through initial stages.
Monitoring account performance is essential, with a focus on identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value. The role requires prompt resolution of client concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions within CRM systems is critical for tracking progress and client history.
Regular preparation and presentation of reports on client performance and satisfaction metrics will support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams—sales, marketing, and operations—is vital to meet client objectives and enhance service delivery. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities will enable the provision of informed recommendations, helping maintain a competitive edge.
Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth is a core expectation of this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in client relationship management or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining effective client relationships.
The ability to work the designated night shift hours (5:45 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.) is mandatory. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant digital tools is required. Candidates should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately are necessary. Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Bahria Town Phase 7 location.
