Sales Executive (Custom Packaging)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in custom box and packaging solutions tailored for B2B clients across various industries. This role focuses on understanding client needs and delivering bespoke packaging options that align with their business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This full-time position is based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 8 PM to 5 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective clients within target industries.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to thoroughly assess their packaging requirements and recommend customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, negotiate pricing terms, and close sales deals successfully to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met or surpassed.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our packaging solutions and expand the client base.
- Monitor, document, and report on sales activities and outcomes regularly to track progress, identify new opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of various packaging types, including rigid boxes, corrugated materials, and folding cartons.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams.

Additional Information
- Location: Garden Town, Lahore
- Working Hours: 8 PM to 5 AM (Full-time)
- Salary Range: Rs60,000 to Rs65,000 per month
- Work Environment: On-site, in-person role
