Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Account and Administration Officer with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing both company and customer accounts, supporting financial planning processes, and contributing to the organization’s growth through strategic initiatives. This position demands strong accounting knowledge, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in all financial and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile company and customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Manage client ledgers and maintain up-to-date, organized financial records.
- Develop and implement strategies that support the organization’s growth and operational development.
- Prepare daily funds management reports to aid in effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Perform monthly closing adjustments and journal entries to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Maintain detailed records of expenses and reimbursements for transparency and audit purposes.
- Oversee profit and loss statements, ensuring financial reports are accurate and timely.
- Handle corporate law compliance and taxation matters, ensuring the organization adheres to all legal requirements.
- Update employee profiles within the system and maintain comprehensive employee credential files.
- Assist in facilitating company audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
- Develop and implement ERP practices, solutions, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounts or recovery departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word, for data management and reporting.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication.
- Proven punctuality, honesty, and a strong work ethic, combined with active listening skills and sound decision-making abilities.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
