Job Summary
A well-established real estate development company is seeking a skilled and experienced Building Inspector to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in inspecting high-rise buildings and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards. This full-time role is based at Adda Plot, Raiwind Road, Lahore, and offers a competitive starting monthly salary of Rs60,000. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
The Building Inspector will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of high-rise building structures to verify adherence to design specifications and safety regulations. This includes identifying and reporting any defects, deviations, or potential safety hazards at various stages of construction. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address inspection findings promptly and ensure corrective actions are implemented efficiently. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive inspection records is essential, along with preparing detailed reports for management review. Required Qualifications
