Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Outbound Calling Representative to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This full-time role requires engaging with clients through outbound calls, accurately documenting interactions, and professionally representing the company at all times. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Pakistan Time), based at our Wireless Gate office in Shamsi Society, Malir, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Calling Representative, your primary duty will be to initiate outbound calls to clients and prospects in a courteous and professional manner. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate records of each call, ensuring that the company database remains current and reliable. Adhering strictly to company guidelines and protocols is essential to uphold a positive image of the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with team members and management to support and achieve departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients. While previous experience in outbound calling is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we value a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be managing call records and entering data accurately. Working Hours and Location
This is a full-time position based in Karachi, specifically at Wireless Gate, Shamsi Society, Malir. The working schedule is from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Pakistan Time), providing a consistent routine for the successful candidate.
Job Type and Compensation
