Job Summary
GreenQuote LLC is actively seeking motivated sales professionals to join our dynamic, high-performance team in Islamabad. We welcome both Senior and Junior Closers who are passionate about driving results and advancing their careers in final expense insurance sales. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for confident communicators and self-starters who excel in a target-driven environment. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad prior to joining.

Key Responsibilities
As a Closer at GreenQuote LLC, your primary responsibility will be to close final expense insurance sales efficiently and effectively. You will engage potential clients with confidence, ensuring clear and persuasive communication throughout the sales process. Meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting is essential. Collaboration with team members to uphold high performance standards and managing client relationships to foster satisfaction and repeat business are also key components of this role.

Required Qualifications
For Senior Closers, a minimum of 2 years’ experience specifically in final expense insurance closing is required. Junior Closers should have at least 6 months of relevant telesales or insurance experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to close sales and consistently meet performance goals. A self-motivated and proactive approach to work is essential to thrive within our team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in final expense insurance sales is highly preferred for senior-level candidates. GreenQuote LLC offers a competitive compensation package, with Senior Closers earning a base salary starting at PKR 250,000 per month, complemented by unmatched performance bonuses. Junior Closers receive a base salary of PKR 100,000 plus performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance coverage and provident fund contributions.
