Creative Lead (Evening Shift)

Job Summary
Eximo Digital, a boutique marketing agency founded in 2014 and based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team on-site. This full-time role requires working night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the development team to craft visually appealing, realistic, and practical UI/UX designs for websites, web applications, and mobile applications. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and editing social media reels, posts, and animations that align with brand guidelines and platform requirements. Creating impactful logos and branding assets is essential to maintain consistency across all marketing materials. The role also involves developing adaptable templates for social media, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

In addition, the designer will assist in creating simple yet effective UI/UX elements for websites and mobile apps, focusing on user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Collaboration with the marketing team is key to generating and implementing creative ideas for digital campaigns. The designer must review all designs to ensure they meet high standards and maintain brand consistency.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously is a critical part of the role, requiring strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of all work.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in graphic design and UI/UX. A strong understanding of typography, along with expert-level graphic design and visualization skills, is essential. Intermediate skills in logo creation and branding are required, as well as basic video editing capabilities.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma is mandatory. Familiarity with integrating AI tools into the graphic design process is also expected. Candidates should present a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are crucial. A degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with at least two years of experience in illustrations, social media design, brand guidelines, and UI/UX design using Figma will be preferred. The ability to reliably commute or willingness to relocate to Karachi before starting work is also desirable.
