As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by cultivating strong client relationships, presenting properties effectively, and ensuring seamless deal closures. Your role will be vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs and preferences of clients to provide tailored property recommendations. This involves offering comprehensive property briefings that empower clients to make well-informed decisions. Conducting site visits and property demonstrations will be a key part of your role, allowing you to highlight the features and benefits of each listing effectively. Efficiently closing deals while maintaining a high conversion rate is essential. You will also maintain open and ongoing communication with clients to adapt to their changing requirements. Building and nurturing long-term relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up will be critical to your success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent practical experience. A background of 1-2 years in sales, preferably within real estate or a related industry, is required. A strong passion for sales and a dedication to achieving excellence are essential traits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage clients effectively and build trust. Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs65,000.
