Job Summary
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is actively seeking motivated male and female Voice Agents to join our dynamic in-house international campaign. This full-time position involves night shifts and requires individuals with excellent communication skills who are comfortable engaging potential customers over the phone. As a Voice Agent, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our products and services, helping the company surpass its business objectives and support sustainable growth. To ensure convenience and safety, female employees will be provided with transportation, including a drop-off service.

Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients by understanding their needs and effectively presenting our products and services. You will be expected to convert qualified leads into sales by leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of marketing and sales techniques is essential to maximize conversion rates. Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets will be a key performance indicator. Additionally, you will be encouraged to continuously learn and adapt your approach to improve both sales outcomes and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and build rapport with potential clients. The ability to quickly grasp and apply sales strategies is essential for success in this role. We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven individuals who have a genuine passion for sales.
