Travellant Travel & Tourism, a well-established travel agency renowned for delivering exceptional travel experiences, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Female Sales Agent to join our team. This role focuses on assisting clients in planning and booking their ideal vacations, including flights, hotels, tour packages, and visa services. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Agent will be responsible for guiding customers through the booking process for flights, hotel accommodations, tour packages, and travel insurance. Providing expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and itinerary planning is essential to help clients make informed decisions. The role also involves promoting and upselling travel packages, holiday deals, and exclusive offers to maximize sales opportunities.

Handling customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions is a key part of the position. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty. The Sales Agent will be expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach.

Staying updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and tourism promotions is vital to provide accurate and current information to clients. Coordination with travel partners, airlines, and hotels to confirm bookings and reservations is also required. Additionally, the Sales Agent will address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven sales experience, preferably within the travel and tourism industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with diverse clients and understand their travel needs.
