Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team, with a primary focus on strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will play a vital role in gathering insightful feedback on our products, maintaining strong connections with existing clients, and actively expanding our customer base to boost overall sales performance. This position demands a proactive individual who is confident, articulate, and skilled in negotiation, capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Maintain and nurture positive, long-term relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify potential customers and engage them effectively to generate new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
- Work independently with a strong sense of initiative and time management to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in consumer electronics sales, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry and customer needs.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with proven success in managing business client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to handle diverse customer interactions and close deals effectively.
- Must be a resident of Lahore to facilitate local customer engagement and timely follow-ups.
- Candidates are required to have their own bike for transportation to ensure mobility and punctuality in customer visits.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Prior experience specifically in B2B sales is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
- This is a full-time, in-person role requiring commitment and presence at the workplace.
