Job Summary
Ayyubia Electro Power is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage the complete accounting and stock records for its transformer repair factory. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of independently handling all financial operations. This role demands strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and managing all accounting records related to the factory’s daily operations. This includes performing routine bookkeeping, accurate data entry, and effectively monitoring cash flow to ensure financial stability.

Managing inventory and stock records is a critical part of this role, requiring timely and precise stock reporting to support operational efficiency. The candidate will prepare comprehensive financial reports, maintain ledgers, and conduct account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.

Monitoring accounts payable and receivable is essential, along with maintaining detailed records of vendors and suppliers. The Accountant will also assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, providing valuable support during audit processes. Close collaboration with management is expected to aid in financial planning and control initiatives, contributing to the overall financial health of the factory.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment, which aligns closely with the operational context of the transformer repair factory. A minimum of a graduation degree is required to ensure a solid educational foundation.

Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, as the role involves extensive data management and financial analysis. Strong organizational and analytical skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy. Excellent communication skills are also important for effective collaboration with management and external stakeholders.

The candidate must be capable of working independently, demonstrating a high level of integrity and attention to detail in all accounting activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs40,000. The role provides an opportunity to work in a specialized industrial setting, gaining valuable experience in both accounting and inventory management within the manufacturing sector.
