We are currently looking for a highly skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic digital team. This role centers on managing client advertising accounts, driving conversions, and scaling campaigns profitably across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (including Search, Display, and YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). This includes developing comprehensive campaign structures through detailed keyword research, ad set segmentation, and precise audience targeting.

A critical part of your role will be conducting A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously optimize campaign performance. You will focus on minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA) while maximizing conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS). Adjusting bidding strategies and ad placements based on real-time performance data will be essential to maintaining campaign efficiency.

You will craft compelling ad copy and collaborate closely with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and video content, ensuring all messaging aligns with client brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. Monitoring campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other third-party tracking platforms will be part of your daily routine.

Preparing and presenting detailed performance reports that highlight key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations will be required. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting discovery calls to understand their goals, provide updates, and manage expectations effectively.

Staying current with the latest platform features, policy changes, and industry best practices on Google and Meta is vital. You will also experiment with beta tools, automation, and AI integrations to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager is essential.

You must be skilled in using Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), and UTM tracking for in-depth performance analysis. Strong analytical abilities with the capability to translate data into strategic actions are required.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for client-facing interactions. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred but not mandatory. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
Experience with retargeting, dynamic ads, and funnel-based marketing strategies will be highly valued. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, including product feed setup, is a plus.

Knowledge of third-party SEO and marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Supermetrics will further strengthen your application.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. Candidates should have at least 2 years of specific experience with Google and Meta Ads, along with a minimum of 1 year focused on lead generation campaigns.
