Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time role operates from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The primary focus of this position is telesales, where the successful candidate will engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote our products and services. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is a key objective. We offer a competitive base salary aligned with experience, complemented by commission paid in USD.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers during assigned shifts. You will clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products and services, ensuring potential clients understand their value. Achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation is essential.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM system is required to track progress and support team efforts. Collaboration with the sales team is important to meet overall campaign goals. The role also involves following established sales scripts and processes to maintain consistency and maximize sales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, as clear communication is critical in this telesales role. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales position is necessary to demonstrate familiarity with outbound calling and sales techniques. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential to engage and convert prospects.

Punctuality and reliability are important, along with the ability to commute to our office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. A professional attitude combined with a customer-focused approach will help build trust and long-term client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to PKR 40,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills. In addition to the base salary, there is an opportunity to earn commission paid in USD, rewarding performance and dedication.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, providing consistent evening hours from 6 PM to 3 AM. This role offers a chance to grow professionally within a dynamic and supportive team environment, where your contributions will be valued and recognized.
