Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team as an Upwork Bidder in an on-site capacity at our office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time role operates from 6 PM to 2 AM and offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and 50,000. The primary focus of this position is to identify relevant job opportunities on Upwork, craft tailored and persuasive proposals, and submit applications that effectively connect potential clients with our services. Although this role does not involve direct client interaction, it demands strong English writing skills and a deep understanding of our service offerings to create compelling cover letters that highlight our strengths and motivate clients to engage our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively search and analyze job postings on Upwork that align closely with our service portfolio.
- Write concise, persuasive, and customized cover letters that reflect our expertise and maintain a natural, human tone—avoiding robotic or AI-generated language.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for proposal submissions to maximize our visibility and business opportunities on the platform.
- Use AI writing tools to assist in drafting proposals, ensuring all content is carefully refined to preserve an engaging and authentic voice consistent with our brand identity.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services to incorporate relevant details that enhance the credibility and appeal of each proposal.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of written English, with the ability to communicate clearly, simply, and engagingly.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately assess job requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the discipline to consistently meet daily proposal submission targets.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools is advantageous, along with the ability to humanize AI-generated content effectively.
- Previous experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
