Software Project Implementation Executive / Consultant (SaaS)

Job Summary
Glosix Systems is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Software Project Implementation Executives / Consultants specializing in SaaS to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of SaaS product implementations—from initial planning and requirement gathering to execution, delivery, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidates will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, high customer satisfaction, and effective training. This position is well-suited for fresh graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience eager to build or advance their careers in SaaS project management.

Key Responsibilities
You will lead end-to-end SaaS software implementations for clients across various industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your role includes coordinating with cross-functional internal teams to meet project milestones and translating client requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, and communicating status updates, risks, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.

Developing comprehensive project documentation and user manuals will be a key part of your duties. After deployment, you will provide ongoing support and conduct training sessions to empower clients in using the software effectively. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving is essential. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a strong focus on detail, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (BSCS, BCS, BSE). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. A solid understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based solutions is required, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with basic project management methodologies and tools is important, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues is critical for success in this role. Experience or familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies will have an edge. Experience with CRM or ERP implementation projects, as well as hands-on exposure to data migration and system configuration, is highly desirable.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The salary range is PKR 50,000 to 90,000 per month, depending on experience and skillset.
