Student Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Study Abroad Student Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of experience in student counseling, international education, or admissions consultancy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding students through the entire process of selecting, applying to, and enrolling in international academic programs. Your support must be accurate, timely, and professional, ensuring students feel confident and well-informed throughout their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities
You will counsel students on a variety of study abroad options, including universities, programs, countries, and application procedures. Assessing student profiles will be essential to recommend academic programs and institutions that align with their qualifications and career aspirations. You will guide students through the admission process, assisting with documentation, application submissions, Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing, and interview preparation.

Additionally, you will support students in understanding visa requirements, preparing visa documentation, and conducting visa interview preparation sessions. Providing up-to-date information on international education systems, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and living expenses is a key part of the role.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, partner universities, and embassies will be vital to your success. Staying informed about changing admission policies, immigration regulations, and market trends will enable you to offer the most relevant advice.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions, application progress, and student files. Meeting monthly targets related to student enrollments and visa success rates is expected to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, International Relations, or a related field. Experience ranging from six months to one year in international student counseling, education consultancy, or admissions is required.

A strong understanding of international education systems, particularly those in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and experience with CRM or counseling software will be considered an advantage. The ability to work independently while managing multiple student cases simultaneously is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Johar Town. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work, as the role requires in-person attendance.
