Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday through Friday. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or junior developers who possess a solid technical foundation and are enthusiastic about building a career within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will be involved in various aspects of Salesforce CRM configuration and customization. Your responsibilities will include learning and assisting with the development of Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. You will collaborate with senior developers on integration projects that utilize REST and SOAP APIs, gaining exposure to complex system interactions. Participation in real-time problem-solving and project deployments will be a key part of your role, allowing you to apply your skills in practical scenarios.

Additionally, you will assist with implementations related to Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, broadening your understanding of Salesforce’s diverse product offerings. Throughout your work, you will adhere to best practices for testing, debugging, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing meaningfully to ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A strong grasp of programming fundamentals is essential, including object-oriented programming (OOP), loops, and data structures. Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET is required, as is a basic understanding of frontend development concepts including HTML and CSS.

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is also important, as it will support your work with data management within Salesforce. Above all, a genuine interest in Salesforce CRM and cloud technologies is crucial. We seek candidates who are eager to learn, possess effective communication skills, and demonstrate a collaborative mindset to thrive within our team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Work Location
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
