Job Summary
CronySoft is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in onboarding new clients, ensuring they transition seamlessly into our suite of products and services, and driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and sustained client engagement. The ideal candidate will prioritize client satisfaction and excel at building long-term relationships that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Upselling:
You will identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling both during and after the onboarding process. Persuading clients to upgrade to premium plans or add services tailored to their unique business needs will be a key focus. Building strong client relationships by understanding their objectives and offering customized solutions that deliver value is essential. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs consistently is expected.
Client Onboarding:
As the primary point of contact for new clients, you will guide them through the onboarding journey with clear communication, timely follow-ups, and exceptional support. Delivering comprehensive training sessions and product demonstrations will ensure clients are confident and fully integrated into CronySoft’s systems. Promptly addressing any questions or concerns will be critical to a smooth onboarding experience.
Client Success & Relationship Management:
Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities is a core responsibility. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—product, support, and marketing—to continuously enhance the client experience. Accurate documentation of client interactions and progress within the CRM system will support effective relationship management and strategic follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client onboarding, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Proven sales acumen demonstrated through a successful track record in upselling or cross-selling.
- Tech-savvy with the capability to quickly learn and explain complex software solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering outstanding client service.
Shift Timings:
This is a full-time, in-person role with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
