Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is pivotal in managing all core human resource functions to ensure seamless branch operations. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This position demands a hands-on approach to maintaining accurate HR records, addressing employee concerns, and supporting talent acquisition and performance management initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute essential HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and contract renewals to maintain workforce stability. Maintain and update employee information within the HR Information System (HRIS), with preference given to candidates experienced in SAP SuccessFactors and TimeTrax.
Oversee attendance, leave, and time management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing. Ensure full compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements such as EOBI and IESSI. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for internal and external HR audits, ensuring readiness and accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, grievances, and workplace issues. Effectively mediate and resolve employee concerns, escalating complex cases to the Head Office HR team when required. Promote and maintain a healthy, positive work culture within the branch to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Support talent acquisition efforts to ensure continuous store operations by assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes. Contribute to the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations. Ensure consistent communication and enforcement of HR policies and procedures across the branch.
Prepare periodic workforce reports covering key metrics such as headcount, attrition, leave trends, and disciplinary actions. Analyze these trends to provide insights that support strategic HR decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing comprehensive HR operations with a strong understanding of employee lifecycle management. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and TimeTrax, is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution and employee relations effectively. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required to prepare detailed reports and audit documentation accurately.
