Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused female Sales Executive to join our team in a fully remote capacity, preferably based in Pakistan. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable with virtual communication and who maintain a professional approach to remote work. The Sales Executive will handle sales and client interactions through multiple digital channels while ensuring exceptional customer service by monitoring call quality. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with some background in customer service or sales. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with immediate joining. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assess client needs to recommend suitable products and services that match their requirements.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business and loyalty.
- Convert leads into successful sales while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor recorded customer service calls to assess quality, tone, and adherence to company policies.
- Document findings from call assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve overall customer service standards.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Urdu.
- Ideally, up to 2 years of experience in customer service or sales; however, fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged.
