As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting visually engaging designs that support our product marketing initiatives. Your work will include creating infographics, whitepapers, original illustrations, and event graphics, all while collaborating closely with marketing and design teams to uphold brand consistency and deliver high-quality creative assets on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage design projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring all outputs meet deadlines and quality standards. This includes producing original and captivating design elements such as illustrations, infographics, websites, brochures, and event graphics. Maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines is essential to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.

Collaboration is a key part of this role; you will work closely with marketing and design teams to fully understand project requirements and deliver accordingly. Staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices—especially within Adobe Suite, Figma, and presentation software like PowerPoint or Google Slides—is critical to your success.

You will conduct research to integrate modern design trends and innovative ideas into your projects, continuously generating fresh concepts that enhance the brand’s visual identity and presence. Cross-functional teamwork with marketing, development, and product teams will be necessary to gather requirements and implement effective design solutions.

Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth. Coordination with external vendors, including printers, will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure quality production and timely delivery of materials.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills is essential.

You should have expert knowledge of graphic design principles, styles, and layout techniques, along with proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Experience managing marketing projects from concept to production, encompassing both digital and print formats, is required. A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy is necessary to create compelling designs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration across teams. You must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies is important. Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor and support junior designers are also expected.
