Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Finance & Admin Officer to oversee daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and administrative duties across multiple companies. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks and exhibit excellent communication and organizational abilities. This full-time, on-site position demands a proactive, hands-on approach to finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise bookkeeping records and conduct regular reconciliations using Xero or QuickBooks to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and debtor reports to facilitate effective financial monitoring and decision-making.
- Manage client payments and direct debits through GoCardless, rigorously enforcing a zero-debtors policy to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring all payroll submissions are accurate and completed within required deadlines.
- Provide additional support for various finance and administrative functions as needed, contributing to smooth operational workflows.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or administrative roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Xero or QuickBooks, with the ability to navigate and utilize these platforms efficiently.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy in all financial and administrative tasks.
