Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team onsite in Islamabad. This position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a solid understanding of software development stacks and project lifecycle management. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between clients and technical teams to deliver web and mobile development projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will oversee software development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring all activities align with project goals. You will work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to synchronize objectives and deliverables across various software stacks such as MERN, MEAN, and LAMP.

Monitoring project progress is critical to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. You will organize and lead daily standups, sprint reviews, and other project meetings to keep the team focused and maintain momentum. Identifying and addressing project risks, blockers, and dependencies will be part of your role, along with proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and task boards using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana will be essential. You will also provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and internal management teams. Efficiently managing timelines and optimizing team resources to ensure project success will be a key focus.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager within an IT or software development environment.

A strong knowledge of software development stacks and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is essential. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure. Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp is necessary.

Candidates must be available to work onsite during the night shift hours of 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience with Full Stack Flutter development is required to support technical coordination and understanding.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred to support iterative development processes. Familiarity with development workflows for web, mobile, and API-based applications will be advantageous. A technical background or the ability to comprehend coding terminology and concepts is highly valued.

Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master will be considered a plus. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs120,000. This is a full-time, contract-based position requiring reliable commuting or relocation to Islamabad’s I-10/Markaz area before starting work.
