Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will manage various client accounts with a strong focus on maximizing campaign performance, controlling budgets, and scaling results through effective media buying strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the real estate sector while leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
You will plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Your role involves conducting thorough keyword research and audience targeting, alongside developing funnel strategies tailored specifically for lead generation and eCommerce real estate clients.

Analyzing campaign data will be critical to your success. You will adjust targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance overall campaign performance. A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and call-to-actions will be part of your regular workflow to boost click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Additionally, you will generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools to provide clear insights into campaign effectiveness.

Staying updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices is essential to keep campaigns competitive. You will also manage advertising budgets across multiple clients, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) within allocated spend limits.

Finally, you will set up and maintain tracking systems using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and custom event triggers to ensure accurate measurement and reporting of campaign results.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on major digital platforms. A proven track record with a strong portfolio demonstrating key performance indicators such as cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), CTR, and conversions is essential.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is required. Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and basic funnel strategy development is also necessary.

Strong analytical and reporting skills are a must, with fluency in Excel or Google Sheets to interpret data effectively. A basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) will be advantageous.

The ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts concurrently, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in lead generation for real estate, eCommerce, or service-based industries is highly desirable. Knowledge of Zoho CRM or other marketing automation tools will be considered a plus.

We offer competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000, based on experience and campaign performance. Monthly performance-based bonuses are available for client acquisition efforts. Please note, this is a full-time, in-person position.
