IT Support Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Support professional to join our team for the night shift at our on-site office located in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment that encourages growth and employee engagement. The ideal candidate must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Karachi and be comfortable working from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am, five days a week, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
The IT Support professional will be responsible for promptly and effectively resolving IT support requests from employees. This includes responding to inquiries related to computer systems and providing clear, user-friendly guidance. The role requires gathering and analyzing data to diagnose and troubleshoot various computer system issues, as well as modifying configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve technical problems.

Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in facilitating the onboarding process by generating sign-ins for new hires. They will also be responsible for installing new software and hardware drivers, updating existing ones as needed, and keeping employees informed about the status of their service requests. Accurate logging of all service requests and updating tickets throughout the resolution process is essential to maintain transparency and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant IT support experience. The ability to work the designated night shift hours from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am, five days a week, is mandatory. Furthermore, applicants should have a reliable commuting plan or be willing to relocate to Karachi before starting employment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000 per month, which includes basic pay and an attendance allowance. The work schedule is designed to provide a healthy work-life balance, with five working days per week and weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
