Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
I&K Enterprises is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join its Maintenance Department at the plant located on Sheikhupura Road, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring the efficient functioning of utilities, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role requires hands-on supervision, planning, and execution of preventive maintenance activities, as well as providing support during the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and maximizing equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the maintenance team across utilities, electrical, and mechanical divisions. This includes coordinating tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance duties. A key part of the role is to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules aimed at minimizing equipment downtime and extending the lifespan of machinery. The supervisor will also provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases of new equipment, ensuring proper integration and operational readiness. Effective communication and coordination with other departments will be essential to maintain seamless plant operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance is required, with at least 2 years spent in a supervisory role. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and team management. Male candidates are preferred for this position, in line with company policy.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The ideal candidate will be based in or near Sheikhupura, Mughalpura, or Shahdrah to facilitate on-site presence and quick response times. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence. The salary range for this role is Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month, which will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
