Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of a robust social media strategy that supports our overall business objectives. This role involves managing daily content creation and distribution across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and data-driven, capable of designing engaging campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, and nurturing community relationships to strengthen our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. This includes managing the day-to-day creation and posting of content on all relevant social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
Planning and executing targeted social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships will be a core part of your role to boost engagement and enhance brand visibility. You will closely monitor social media analytics, interpreting performance data to generate actionable insights and detailed reports that help optimize future campaigns.
Community engagement is crucial; you will actively respond to comments and messages, managing the brand’s reputation and fostering positive interactions. Staying informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices will ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative.
Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all channels. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and external partners to expand our reach and increase audience engagement.
Managing paid social media advertising campaigns will also fall under your remit, including tracking ad performance and calculating return on investment (ROI) to ensure budget efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in social media management, demonstrating a strong understanding of multiple platforms and their unique audiences. You should be adept at creating compelling content and executing effective social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong analytical skills are essential to interpret performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness. Excellent communication skills are required for engaging with online communities and collaborating across teams.
Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns, including monitoring performance and calculating ROI, is also necessary.
