Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, well-organized Front Desk Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the reception area, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and guests, and providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management. Key Responsibilities
The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for greeting and welcoming all visitors and guests, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel with courtesy and professionalism. Handling incoming phone calls promptly by answering, screening, and forwarding them efficiently is a critical part of this role. The candidate will also manage scheduling tasks, including maintaining appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating conferences specifically for C-level executives. Meeting all deadlines related to front desk operations consistently is essential. Additionally, the role includes performing other clerical duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) to support overall office functionality.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. A proven track record with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative roles is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with hands-on experience, is essential to manage scheduling and communication tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory to interact professionally with visitors, guests, and senior management. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and maintain a professionally groomed appearance at all times to represent the organization positively.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Candidates with at least four years of experience maintaining the reception area will be highly valued. Experience of two or more years in updating calendars and scheduling meetings is important to ensure smooth coordination of executive appointments. Handling daily mail, including receiving and sorting, for a minimum of three years is preferred. Additionally, a minimum of two years’ experience in greeting business visitors and general office upkeep spanning four years will be advantageous. These experiences collectively contribute to the candidate’s ability to manage front desk operations efficiently and uphold a welcoming office environment.
Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary of Rs 50,000 per month. The expected start date for the successful candidate is 15th July 2025.
