Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely, accurate, and helpful information.
- Address questions related to product details, pricing, and availability with confidence and clarity.
- Adhere consistently to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints efficiently by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer support, preferably in an international environment, is required.
- Strong multitasking capabilities combined with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are critical to success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The monthly salary ranges from Rs55,000 to Rs75,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
